Kurt started working doing volume photography at age 19 professionally.
He began as a children’s photographer at stores and did volume photography for church directories. Kurt photographed over 50,000 sessions over 7 years working for those companies.
Managed a Studio in Wisconsin for 4 years that specialized in glamour photography, family photography and senior portraits.
Kurt moved to Michigan and worked for Paris Studios in western Michigan. Photographed schools, sports and dances at about 25 schools.
He opened Studio One in 2006. Studio One specializes in seniors, families and children. Studio One also photographs our local mall events, dances, dance schools, pre-schools, and schools.
Kurt has been a board member at PPM, GLIP, and Triangle including serving as president at Triangle. Kurt resides in Jackson, Michigan with his wife Cara and daughter Emma.
