Class Description:
An extensive hands on deep dive learning experience into Lightroom and Photoshop,
the relationship between the two and developing a workflow that works for you. Using these tools and your vision, learn to get the most out of your files while clearly and creatively telling your story.
Come prepared to learn as many tools and techniques as possible in both programs and how they interact, as well as a great mindset. You learn by doing, so we will concentrate on information and execution. We will also work on developing a workflow that makes sense for you and that encourages a smooth environment for continual use and growth. Knowledge is key and experience drives that knowledge home. That is what this workshop is all about!
Students should bring their laptop(or desktop) loaded with Lightroom and Photoshop. Though we will have class files to work on together, definitely bring some of your own original files that you would like to work on, preferably RAW, otherwise jpeg will do. Also, go ahead and bring your camera gear, including tripod, just in case!
